What does the proposed Bliss redevelopment mean for its residents—and for Hudson?
Join us for a community forum examining potential taxpayer impacts, years of construction, and what happens to Bliss Towers if Phase 2 does not move forward. The program includes a narrated film tracing the history of Bliss and its evolving redevelopment plans, an introduction to the Bliss Gardens alternative proposal, and time for questions and discussion.
