Illusion or the real is what I am thinking about today.

The latest indictment of D. Trump and the news coverage

of this event made me think that there is little that is real.

Spectacle and the instant of an event is more powerful

then the actual event itself. How do we know what is true

or false when the “real” is instantaneous? Is there no

time to consume, digest, and process?

Are we lost in an end-time of events that seem to be infinite repetition.

Are we tired of Donald Trump? Or are we moving into a place

were we will be faced with more of these spectacles. Like sports

we see the plays repeated ad infinitum. Illusion has replaced

the real. The suit that has a “Donald” in it now and will be replaced by

another “Donald” and another “Donald”…….

Napoleon the III was a copy of

the other Napoleon–and so on.

We are at sea with no horizon.

We float.
