In The New York Times, Ray Rinaldi wrote : " Linda Mussmann and her partner, Claudia Bruce, have been making unusal statements in the Hudson Valley area ever since they packed up their Manhattan theater company in 1991 and handed back a $10,000 check to the politically charged N.E.A.".

They sailed the operation 130 miles upstream and dropped their avant garde anchor on Columbia Street in Hudson, NY, where they converted an old bakery into Time & Space Limited and began offering independent films, art exhibits and their company specialty-diced and spliced multi media revisions of classic plays.

In a region where traditional culture has centered on harvest festivals and multiplex cinema fare, the presence of TSL and its operators have challenged the residents of Hudson with their alternative source of creative and thoughtful activism where art meets community.

For over a decade now Time & Space Limited has stayed true to it's mission which is to educate, enliven, and expand the artistic quality of life in the community it serves.
