This training workshop is for young adults and focuses on learning one's legal rights - be it at home, in a car, on the street, or at school. Too often young people say and do things when confronted by law enforcement officers which can later harm their chances for a fair hearing in court. For example: Did you know that a 16-year-old can be questioned and arrested without parental notification? You have the right to request that a parent or lawyer be present before answering any questions by the police. Come and learn more with Michael Howard, David Seth Michaels, and other attorneys.
