TERRY DAME THIS FRIDAY OCT. 3 @ TSL

Terry Dame one of the most creative musicians on the planet.
She and her merry ladies and one gent will bring the creative instruments to TSL. Most are created specifically for the sound that Terry has invented.
The clay flower pots are tapped with felt hammers and they make a new sound and play a new role in the making of music.
The percussion section is a kitchen band collection of pots, pans, and the base drum is a garbage can.
The Electric Gamelan is made of Rubber Bands (electrified) and sound just fine. Big Barb will be there making the audience take in some tunes never before experienced.
Terry has a new CD.
There will be a chance after the concert to get close to the instruments (not only can you hear but you have a chance to see up close and ask questions make comments and get involved with new music----- and there is nothing like this band on earth--it is a real chance to take a journey.
